影响花籽山药脱毒试管苗快繁的因素

摘 要：
以花籽山药为试材,研究了植物生长物质、光(或光质)、培养方式等因素对花籽山药试管苗快繁的影响。结果表明:最适宜的培养基为MS+激动素(KT)2.0mg/L+萘乙酸(NAA)0.02mg/L+多效唑(PP333)0.1mg/L;最适宜的光质和培养方式为在蓝光和白光下的液体培养,且液体摇床振荡培养后静止培养的效果较好;此外,带叶茎段较不带叶茎段繁殖系数高。

摘 要：
Taking Huazi Diosorea opposita Thunb.as test material,the effect of plant growth substances,light(or light quality),develop methods for Huazi Diosorea opposita Thunb.plantlets propagation were studied.The results showed that:the most suitable medium was MS+KT 2.0mg/L+NAA 0.02mg/L+PP3330.1mg/L;the most appropriate way for the light quality and training of liquid culture were under blue and white,the effect of the static culture after the liquid shaking culture was better;in addition,stem with leaf had higher propagation coefficient than stem with no leaf.
