肉驴产业的发展现状、存在问题及对策建议

摘  要：
近年来,由于肉驴生长周期长、养殖水平低、产业政策扶持少,我国肉驴产业发展缓慢,多数地区以散养、役用为主,但是驴肉及其加工制品的价格却一直在攀升,加之驴肉的营养价值很高,因此,深受消费者青睐。为了进一步推进肉驴养殖及其加工产业发展,通过对全国部分肉驴养殖及加工企业的调查,对当前肉驴养殖产业的发展现状、存在问题进行了简要分析,并提出了相应的对策建议,为今后肉驴产业的健康快速发展提供参考依据。

摘  要：
In recent years, because of long growth cycle, low breeding level , lack of policy sup-port, development of meat donkey industry in China is slow, most area range or working fed , but the prices of donkey meat and its processed products have been rising, and the nutritional value of donkey meat is very high, therefore favored by consumers. In order to further promote the development of aqua-culture and processing industries of meat donkey , through the investigation on part of meat donkey breeding and processing enterprises in China, makes a brief analysis on the current situation and exist problems,puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,to provide reference basis for healthy and rapid development of meat donkey industry .
