不同类型小麦植株氮素吸收积累的差异

摘  要:
为了筛选适宜旱作麦区高产、高效品种,2012—2013年在山西闻喜县进行大田试验,根据产量指标,通过聚类分析将16个品种分为高产品种和低产品种,并选择其中8个品种研究植株氮素吸收、运转特性的差异。结果表明,高产品种拔节—成熟期植株氮素积累量、各生育阶段植株氮素吸收量、开花—成熟期氮素吸收量所占比例、花前氮素运转量(除运旱618外)、花后氮素积累量及其对籽粒的贡献率、氮素吸收效率、氮素利用效率和氮素生产效率均高于低产品种;高产品种中运旱20410、运旱805的花前氮素运转量及其对籽粒的贡献率、花后植株氮素吸收量、氮素吸收效率和氮素收获指数均高于其他品种;石麦19号、临Y8159的花后氮素积累量对籽粒的贡献率、氮素利用效率和氮素生产效率均高于其他品种。可见,运旱20410、运旱805具有较高的氮素吸收积累能力,石麦19号、临Y8159能够高效利用氮素,形成较高的产量。因此,石麦19号、临Y8159是适宜该旱作麦区生长的高产、高效品种。

摘  要:
To Select suitable dryland wheat high yield, efficient varieties, the field trials were carried in Wenxi county of Shanxi province. According to yield index, 16 varieties were divided into high- yielding varieties and low- yielding varieties through cluster analysis, and studied the differences in N uptake and translocation of plant by selecting 8 varieties form the 16 varieties. The results showed that N accumulation at jointing to maturity, N uptake of different growth stages, the ratio of N uptake from anthesis to maturity, the N transportation before anthesis( besides YH618), N transportation after anthesis and its contribution rate on grain, N uptake efficiency, N use efficiency and N productive efficiency of high- yield varieties were higher than low- yield varieties. N transportation before anthesis and its contribute rate on grain, N uptake after anthesis, N uptake efficiency, N harvest index of YH20410, YH805 were higher than other high- yield varieties. N transportation after anthesis and its contribution rate on grain, N use efficiency, N productive efficiency of SM19,LY8159 were higher than other varieties. Consequently YH20410, YH805 had higher ability of N uptake and accumulation. SM19,LY8159 could utilize N efficiently and form high yield. Therefore, SM19, LY8159 were high- yield and high- efficiency varieties suitable for dryland wheat area.
