摘  要：
2009年以来,西吉县马铃薯种薯产业发展中,大力扶持马铃薯种薯繁育推广合作经济组织的发展,理顺了企业、合作组织、农户间的利益关系,形成了政府引导、部门配合、企业运作、上下联动、整体推动的工作格局。合作经济组织在马铃薯脱毒种薯三级繁育体系建设和增加农民收入、调整产业结构方面发挥着越来越重要的作用。

摘  要：
Xiji County government introduced preferential policies,the integration of funds to increase the virus-free potato breeding base infrastructure construction,vigorously support the development of potato varieties to promote cooperation economic organization,straighten out the interests of enterprises,cooperative organizations,farmers,forming the overall pattern to promote the work of government guidance,coordination between departments,enterprises operate.Economic Cooperation Organization play an increasingly important role in virus-free seed potato construction in three breeding system and increase the income of farmers,adjust the industrial structure.
