高职院校《牛生产》课程教学改革的探讨

摘  要：
《牛生产》是高职院校畜牧兽医专业的主要职业技术课程之一,根据牛生产行业企业和岗位实际工作任务需要的知识、能力、素质要求而设置的一门实用性较强的课程,在整个专业教学计划和课程体系中占据相当重要的地位。从工作岗位需求入手,在《牛生产》课程内容、教学情境、教学方法与手段、成绩评价等方面进行了不断的改革,取得了良好的教学效果。

摘  要：
Cattle Production was one of main vocational and technical courses in animal husbandry and veterinary speciality of higher vocational college. Cattle Production was a course with stronger practicability according to the knowledge, capability, quality demands in the actual work tasks of cattle production enterprises and station, which played an important role in the whole professional teaching project and course system. Starting from the demands of work stations, the course content, teaching condition, teaching method and means, achievement evaluation of Cattle Production were reformed and better teaching effects were obtained.
