摘 要：
旨在研究临床上常用麻醉药盐酸赛拉嗪对犬肝肾功能指标的影响。选择成年健康杂种犬8只,按常规推荐剂量2.4 mg/kg体重股四头肌注射盐酸塞拉嗪进行麻醉。分别在麻醉前、麻醉后0.5 h、1 h、1.5 h、2 h、24 h、48 h、72 h颈静脉采血2 m L,分离血清。采用全自动生化分析仪检测血清肝肾功能相关指标。结果显示,与试验开始相比,各试验采血点血清天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶和γ-谷氨酰转移酶的活性及血清总蛋白、直接胆红素、肌酐、尿酸、尿素氮的含量均无显著变化(P>0.05)。各试验采血点之间相比,肝肾功能指标无显著性差异(P>0.05)。研究结果说明,盐酸赛拉嗪用于犬麻醉时对其肝肾功能均无明显影响。

摘 要：
To investigate the effects of xylazine hydrochloride on the liver and renal function in dogs during anesthesia,eight healthy adult hybrid dogs were anesthetized by quadriceps injection of xylazine hydrochloride at a dose of 2.4 mg/kg body weight.The blood samples were collected from jugular vein at 0 min before anesthesia and 0.5 h,1 h,1.5 h and 2 h after anesthesia.The serum indicators associated with liver and renal functions were measured by automatic biochemical analyzer.These results showed that the activities of serum aspartate aminotransferase and γ-glutamyltransferase and the serum contents of total protein,direct bilirubin,creatinine,uric acid and urea were not significantly changed(P>0.05) when compared with the starting point.Also,there was no significant difference in liver and kidney functions among the different experimental blood collection points(P>0.05).It suggests that xylazine hydrochloride has no significant effect on liver and renal functions in dogs during anesthesia.
