樱桃砧木的抗旱性研究

摘  要:
以山樱桃、莱阳矮樱桃、中国樱桃和考特砧木的2年生盆栽极佳甜樱桃为试材,进行干旱处理,测定干旱胁迫下叶片的相对含水量(RWC)、超氧化物酶(SOD)活性、过氧化物酶(POD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量、光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)和水分利用率(WUE)的变化,比较供试砧木的抗旱性。结果表明,山樱桃抗旱性最强,其次是考特,中国樱桃和莱阳矮樱桃抗旱性较差。

摘  要:
In order to compare the drought resistance of rootstocks assessed, the potted 2 - year old younglings of ' Jijia' sweet cherry worked on various rootstocks were subjected to water dress and leaf parameters were examined for relative water content,lipolytic activity of super oxidase, peroxidase nisozyme components, malonaldehyde content, photosynthesis rate, transpiration rate,and the utilization ratio of moisture. The results displayed that the order of drought resistance levels in rootstocks was Prunus sachalensis > ' Colt' cherry > P. pseudocerasus Lindl. > ' Laiyang Stunt' cherry.
