中蜂雄蜂精液与工蜂中蜂囊状幼虫病毒的检测

摘  要:
为了解同群中蜂雄蜂精液及工蜂中蜂囊状幼虫病毒(CSBV)的感染情况,寻找CSBV交尾传播的间接证据,利用RT-PCR方法对云南省蒙自市东村的3个中蜂群雄蜂精液及工蜂样本的CSBV进行检测。结果显示,3个蜂群的工蜂均被检测出携带CSBV,相对应的本群雄蜂精液样本也被检测出携带CSBV,二者呈正相关关系,雄蜂精液样本的平均感染率达到93.33%。结果表明,雄蜂精液是CSBV的携带者,为CSBV的交尾传播提供了间接证据。

摘  要:
In order to understand the infection of Chinese sacbrood virus(CSBV)in drones semen and worker bees of Apis cerana and seek indirect evidence for venereal transmission of CSBV in the same colony,CSBV in drone semen and worker bees were detected by RT-PCR in Mengzi of Yunnan.The results showed that CSBV were detected both in drone semen and worker bees,and there was a positive correlation between the infection of CSBV in drone semen and worker bees,the average infection rate of the drone semen was 93.33%.The results indicated that drone semen was CSBV carrier,which provided indirect evidence for venereal transmission of CSBV.
