摘 要：
咖啡湿豆干燥是咖啡生豆加工中产生的重要环节,干燥好的咖啡豆颗粒水分含量的一致性是决定咖啡质量的重要指标。咖啡湿豆干燥过程中的通透性和物料厚薄一致性是影响咖啡豆颗粒水分一致性的重要因素,在背压式热风穿透干燥咖啡豆设备上设计安装的自动耙料设备,就能很好的解决这一问题。其特点是能完成不同厚度咖啡湿豆的自动搅拌、扒平和卸料,生产效率高,工艺简单,干燥质量好,劳动强度低,自动化程度高,性能可靠,设备维护成本低。

摘 要：
Drying wet beans is an important part in coffee processing. The consistency of water content of dried coffee beans is an important index to determine the quality. The permeability and thickness consistency in the drying process of coffee beans are important factors that will affect the consistency of water content of coffee beans. The automatic mixing and smoothing equipment which was designed and installed on the backpressure hot air penetrating dry equipments can solve the consistency problem. It has the ability to level wet coffee beans by different thickness automatically and mix it up with high production efficiency, simple process, good drying quality, low labor intensity, high degree of automation, reliable performance, and low equipment maintenance costs.
