组织行为学视野下的职业教育课堂教学管理研究

摘  要:
随着国家高度重视加快发展现代职业教育,高等职业教育迎来了前所未有的发展机遇,但由于受到生源质量下降、办学水平不足、人才培养机制不畅等因素的限制,职业教育仍然是教育领域中的"短板",职业教育"大而不强,快而不优"的问题日益突出,成为制约发展的一大难题。笔者研究发现,组织行为学中个体与组织的相关理论可以帮助我们有效地认识学生的个体差异和接受教育的不同需求,因此,将组织行为学理论恰当地运用在职业课堂教学管理中,有助于改革传统的教学方法、构建创新实用高效的教学模式,从而不断提高教育质量、促进职业教育人才培养的内涵发展。

摘  要:
With national great attention to modern vocational education, higher vocational education has gone to meet unprecedented opportunities over the years. However, restricted to such problems as the fall of new students qualities, a relatively low level of school-running and the ineffectiveness of talent training mechanism, higher vocational education remains a short slab in China's integral education field, which thereby sets great limits to its development with the increasingly striking problem of "large but not strong enough, fast but not effective enough". Through all kinds of researches, we find that a better understanding of students' individual differences and their diverse demands for teaching will be achieved with the help of some theories concerning Individuals and Organizations in Organizational Behavior. In conclusion, the application of these theories into higher vocational teaching will contribute to the reform of traditional teaching methods and the establishment of an innovative and efficient teaching model so as to improve the teaching quality and promote its unceasing development.
