润楠属常绿乔木,植物中富含结构多样性的活性代谢产物,广泛应用于医药产业;但目前,润楠叶经济价值尚未得到充分挖掘。经前期研究发现润楠叶中过氧化物酶活性较高,为进一步发掘润楠叶的潜在应用价值,故对润楠叶过氧化物酶进行了初步分离。在此基础上,进一步研究了润楠叶过氧化物酶在有效去除环境水体中低浓度有机污染物BPA上的特性。结果表明,经硫酸铵沉淀、双水相萃取,从润楠成熟叶片中可分离得到一种活性较高、性质稳定的过氧化物酶;该酶清除BPA的最佳条件为pH值6,温度25℃,H2O2/BPA物质的量浓度之比为2,其清除率达95%以上;润楠过氧化物酶在有效去除环境水体中类激素类污染物中具有重大潜在利用价值。

摘 要:
Machilus pingii is an evergreen tree,which is rich in the active metabolites of structural diversity and is widely used in the pHarmaceutical industry.However,the economic value of Machilus pingii climax leaves has not been fully explored at present.Our previous study found that the activity of peroxidase in Machilus pingii climax leaves was higher.In order to further explore the potential application value of Machilus pingii climax leaves,we preliminarily separated the peroxidase of it.On this basis,the characteristics of the low concentration organic pollutants in the environmental water were further studied.The results show that the peroxidase with high activity and stable properties can be separated from the mature leaves of Machiluspingiiby ammonium sulfate precipitation and double water pHase extraction.the best condition for the removal of BPA by Machilus pingii climax leaves peroxidase respectively is:temperature of 25 ℃,pH6,H2 O2/BPA= 2(bispHenol A and hydrogen peroxide molar ratio),The clearance rate is over 95%.Machilus pingii climax leaves peroxidase has significant potential utilization value in the effective removal of the class hormone pollutants in the environment.
