摘 要:
[目的]为三七总黄酮的开发利用提供科学依据。[方法]以三七粉为原料,采用50%乙醇溶解、超声波提取法提取其中的总黄酮,以芦丁为标准品,采用紫外分光光度法测定提取液中总黄酮的含量。[结果]芦丁的最大吸收波长为510nm;在0.010~0.997mg/ml范围内,样品浓度与其吸光度具有良好的线性关系;方法的加样回收率为99.58%,RSD为1.22%;重复性试验RSD为2.92%;精密度试验RSD为3.23%。说明该方法测定结果准确,重复性好。[结论]建立了以芦丁为标准品的三七粉中总黄酮含量的检测方法。

摘 要:
[Objective] The study was to provide the scientific basis for the development and utilization of total flavones in Panax notoginseng.[Method] P.notoginseng powder was taken as the raw material.The total flavonoids in it was extracted by 50% ethanol dissolution and ultrasonic extraction method.The content of total flavonoids in the extract was measured by UV spectrophotometry with rutin as the standard sample.[Results] The maximum absorption wavelength of rutin was 510 nm.The linear relation between sample concns.and absorbance was good in the range of 0.010-0.997 mg/ml.The average recovery of the method was 99.58% with RSD of 1.22%.The RSD of the repeatability experiment was 2.92% and that of accuracy experiment was 3.23%.Which indicated that the method was accurate and repeatable.[Conclusion]The study established a detection method of total flavonoids in P.notoginseng powder with rutin as the standard sample.
