摘  要：
近年来,随着推进"双转移"和产业转型升级等战略的实施,广东省各类建设项目对林地需求量日益剧增。通过对广东省近年来占用征收林地的现状进行分析,找出目前广东省占用征收林地定额管理面临的问题,并提出解决问题的建议和措施。

摘  要：
In recent years,with the implementation of the "double shift" promotion,industrial transformation and upgrading strategy in Guangdong province,all kinds of construction project teams needed more and more forest land.In this paper,through the analysis of the present situation in recent years on the occupation of forest land in Guangdong province,found out the problems on occupation levied forest quota management,and put forward some suggestions and measures to solve these problems.
