基于三点调平的农田激光清平机设计与研究

摘  要:
为了使清平机在作业过程中克服农田高低起伏地面的影响而达到较高的平整精度,设计了基于三点调平的自动调平系统。即通过控制器控制3个永磁同步电机进行转动,由滚珠丝杠传动副将电机转动转化为直线移动,驱动3个调整轮相对机架做上下运动。同时,采用一组激光传感器和一组倾角传感器对清平机机身平台的海拔高度和水平度进行实时检测和反馈。经试验验证,其平整精度较高已达到±10mm/100m2,能够满足精确农业对农田土地平整精度的要求。

摘  要:
In order to enable the clean and flat machine to conquer the up and down farmland ground to reach a higher level precision when cleaning and flattening,designed automatic leveling system base on three point levelling.Use the controller to control the three permanent magnet synchronous motors to rotate,and use the ball screw to transform the rotation into linear movement,so drive the three adjustment wheels to up-and-down move relative to the frame.Simultaneously using a laser sensor and a inclination sensor to real-time detect and feedback the elevation and levelness of the frame.The experiment's results show that the machine reaches a higher level precision(±10mm/100m2) and can meet the farmland leveling accuracy of the precision agriculture.
