HCCI柴油机新型混合气制备过程的数值分析

摘 要:
HCC I柴油发动机的关键技术之一是均匀混合气的制备,本文针对复合式进排气系统燃油喷射混合新技术,对均质混合气制备过程进行了数值分析。建立研究对象的物理模型和空气-燃油雾化混合的数学模型,对HCC I柴油机混合气形成过程特点与相关参数进行了详细的数值计算;并运用计算结果,对复合式进排气系统内柴油喷雾蒸发和混合气形成的过程进行了分析。数值研究表明本文提出的复合进排气系统燃油喷射混合气制备技术,能有效形成较均匀的预混合气,对进一步开发HCC I柴油机具有指导意义。

摘 要:
This paper researched the formation process of HCCI mixture using professional CFD software,based on the multiple type intake pipe injection technology.Aiming at the new technology of admixture formation,this paper established the geometry model and chose the mathematics model and physics model and then set the parameters of simulation calculation.It simulated the formation process of HCCI admixture and gained simulation results.The conclusion was that the integrated intake pipe injection technology could form uniformity concentration admixture in a certain extent.
