两种寡糖类激发子诱导烟草抗烟草花叶病毒研究

摘  要:
对壳寡糖-铈配合物及褐藻酸钠寡糖进行诱导烟草抗TMV活性测定。结果发现,壳寡糖-铈配合物具有诱抗活性,最佳诱抗浓度为10μg/mL,低于壳寡糖50μg/mL。结果表明,褐藻酸钠寡糖具有诱抗活性,最佳诱抗浓度为25μg/mL。

摘  要:
The inducing resistance of the complex of oligochitosan and cerium and the fucoidan oligosaccharide to tobacco mosaic virus was studied.It was shown that the best inducing resistance of the complex of oligochitosan and cerium concentration was 10 μg/mL,lower than oligochitosan(50 μg/mL).The best inducing resistance of the fucoidan oligosaccharide concentration was 25 μg/mL.
