不同放牧强度下东北鼢鼠对栖息地植被地下生物量的影响

摘  要:
2013年和2014年的7月和9月,在内蒙古呼伦贝尔草甸草原东北鼢鼠栖息地设连续放牧区(CG)、按月轮牧区(MG)、按季轮牧区(QG)、过度放牧区(OG)和禁牧区(CK)共5个不同放牧强度样区,对鼢鼠新土丘数量、洞道与非洞道下植物地下生物量季节变化、不同放牧强度下东北鼢鼠对栖息地植被地下生物量的影响进行了分析。结果表明:不同放牧强度下东北鼢鼠新土丘数差异显著(夏季F=11.82,P<0.0001;秋季F=2.11,P<0.05),夏季依次为CK>MG>OG>QG>CG,秋季依次为CK>MG>OG>CG>QG。同一放牧强度下,植物地下生物量鼢鼠洞道下极显著小于非洞道下(T=-3.72,P<0.001),表明东北鼢鼠对0~30cm植物根系有显著损害。不同放牧强度下,鼢鼠洞道下植物地下生物量有显著差异(夏季F=5.48,P<0.01;秋季F=2.38,P<0.01),生物量依次为QG>CK>MG>CG>OG。不同放牧强度下,鼢鼠非洞道下植物地下生物量有极显著差异(夏季F=4.10,P<0.0001;秋季F=11.42,P<0.0001),夏季与秋季均依次为CK>QG>MG>CG>OG。

摘  要:
The continuous grazing(CG),monthly rotation grazing(MG),quarterly rotation grazing(QG),over grazing(OG)and no grazing areas(CK)were conducted in the habitats of Transbaikal zokor(Myospalax psilurus)in the Hulunbuir meadow steppe.A total of five different grazing intensities were set in July(summer)and September(autumn)in 2013 and 2014.The number of new zokor mound and seasonal variation of underground biomass of the plants under tunnel and no-tunnel were analyzed.And the influence of Transbaikal zokor on underground biomass of habitat vegetation under different grazing intensity was studied.The results showed that:(1)The number of new zokor mound was significant differences among different grazing intensities(Summer F=11.82,P<0.0001,Autumn F=2.11,P<0.05).In summer,the order from high to low was:CK>MG>OG>QG>CG.In autumn,the order was from high to low:CK>MG>OG>CG>QG.The zokor adapts to the prohibit grazing area.(2)In the same grazing intensity,the underground biomass of plants under the tunnel was significantly less than that of no-tunnel(T=-3.72,P<0.001),indicating that the Transbaikal zokor significantly damaged plant roots on the depth of 0~30cm.(3)The underground biomass of plants under tunnel was significantly different among different grazing intensities(Summer F=5.48,P<0.01,Autumn F=2.38,P<0.01).The biomass from high to low in turn was:QG>CK>MG>CG>OG.The underground biomass of plants under tunnel in quarterly rotation grazing area was significantly higher than that of the control,continuous grazing and over grazing areas.(4)The underground biomass of plants under no-tunnel was very significantly different among different grazing intensities(Summer F=4.10,P<0.0001,Autumn F=11.42,P<0.0001).In summer and autumn,the order of biomass from high to low was:CK>QG>MG>CG>OG.
