大豆杂种后代的子粒性状遗传

摘  要:
本文应用不同花色、粒形、粒重和脐色的48个品种配制成24个杂交组合,研究其后代子粒性状的遗传特征。结果表明,近圆形×椭圆形,其F_1代为椭圆形,粒形指数和百粒重略高于中亲值;双亲花色相同而脐色不同的组合,无色脐×褐脐(或无色脐),F_1代均为无色脐,无色脐为显性,褐脐为隐性,其F_2代无色脐和褐脐的分离比例为3:1;双亲花色不同而种脐均无色的组合,F_1代为无色脐或蓝脐,蓝脐主要是白花亲本携带R基因所致,其F_2代蓝脐与无色脐的分离比例为9:7。种皮光泽度不同的品种杂交,F_1代种皮光泽度介于双亲中间,无显隐性之分。

摘  要:
The genetic traits of seed characters were studied by using the progenies from 24 crosses involving 48 soybean varieties with different seed shape,seed index,100-seed weight and hilum color in this paper.The result indicated the seed shape from the F1 hybrids with near round and ellipse seed shape was the ellipes which intermediate shape of their parents.Seed index and 100-seed weight was higher slightly their mid-parent valus.The hilum color of F1 hybrids from the alihe flower and different hilum uncolor and brown color hilum color parents appeared the uncolor hilum,the uncolor hilum was dominance,the brown hilum was recessive,their F2 populations segregated to 3 uncolor hilum:1 brown hilum.The F1 hybrids from uncolor hilum and purple and white flower varieties gave the uncolor or blue color hilum,the F1 with blue hilum was due to white flower parent carrying R gene,their F2 populations segregated to 9 blue hilum:7 uncolor.The lightness on seed coat of F1 hybrids between variteies from different lightness on seed coat was inter midiate of their parents.
