叶青双对水蚤的初步毒性研究

摘  要:
本文报道了新杀菌剂叶青双对水蚤毒性的测定方法和结果。3个水蚤群对K_2Cr_2O_7标准对照药剂试验24hLC_(50)分别为1.41,0.58和8.93mg/L。叶青双对符合ISO要求的1号蚤群的24,48和72hLC_(50)分别为197.8,110.2和78.2mg/L。6.4×10~(-6)以下浓度叶青双对水蚤繁殖无影响。3个水蚤群耐受叶青双次序与耐受K_2Cr_2O_7次序相一致。叶青双对水蚤属低毒或近似无毒农药。

摘  要:
The essay reported the testing method and results of toxicity research of the pesticide to a water flea, Daphnia Magna. The LC_50 (24 h) of three groups of flea to the standard check chemical, K_2Cr_2O_7, were 1.41, 0.58 and 8.93mg/L, respectively. The LC_(50) (24, 48 and 72 h) of the group 1 of flea to the pesticide tested were 197.8, 110.2 and 78.2 mg/L, respectively. There was no effect on the reproduction of the flea, when concentration of the pesticide was below 6.4×10~(-6). The tolerance of the groups of water flea to the pesticide was the same as to K_2Cr_2O_7 in order. The pesticide was low in toxicity or nearly non-toxic to Daphnia Magna.
