基于小波变换的车辆油气悬架信号提取技术

摘  要:
将小波变换应用于油气悬架信号的提取。建立了带有油气悬架的1/4车辆系统动态模型,把B级路面仿真作为系统的输入,得到了非簧载质量加速度曲线和油气悬架输出力曲线,通过小波的分解与重构有效地去除了噪声信号,提取出非簧载质量加速度和油气悬架输出力信号,为油气悬架系统设计提供了理论依据。

摘  要:
Wavelet transform was applied in vibration signal extraction of hydro-pneumatic suspension.A model of 1/4 vehicle was established,B grade road model was input to the system.Acceleration curve of under spring mass and output force curve of hydro-pneumatic suspension was gained.Noise signal of under spring mass acceleration and output force of hydro-pneumatic suspension was filtrated by wavelet decomposition.Acceleration signal of under spring mass and output force curve signal of hydro-pneumatic suspension was extracted by wavelet reconstruction.It provides an effective method for signal extraction for hydro-pneumatic suspension of engineering vehicle and theoretical foundation for the design of hydro-pneumatic suspension system.
