区块链嵌入、约束打破与农业产业链治理

摘  要：
农业产业链治理的根本目的是消除由信息不对称和有限理性导致的机会主义。为此,农业产业链治理中引入了契约机制等正式制度和声誉机制、信任机制等非正式制度来抑制机会主义行为。当前,区块链、物联网等新一代信息技术将农业产业链映射进一个基于区块链和大数据的网络世界,数据形态的生产要素将影响和改变农业生产中的生产力与生产关系。大数据时代里,农业产业链治理的信息约束与认知约束被打破,其背后的内在逻辑表现为"区块链+农业产业链"的技术逻辑与制度逻辑的结合,从而诱致当前农业产业链制度变迁。本文尝试讨论大数据时代农业业态的产业链治理机制,为实现数字经济背景下中国农业的转型升级提供理论探索。

摘  要：
This article attempts to discuss the agricultural industrial chain governance mechanism in the data era.The fundamental purpose of agricultural industrial chain governance is to eliminate opportunism caused by information asymmetry and bounded rationality.Therefore,formal institutions such as contract mechanism and informal systems such as reputation mechanism are introduced in agricultural industrial chain governance to curb opportunistic behaviors.Nowadays,blockchain and IOT technology drive agricultural industry into a vast intelligent networks based on blockchain and big data.In the data era,the information constraint and cognitive constraint of agricultural industrial chain governance have been broken,and the internal logic is manifested as the combination of the technical logic and institutional logic of "blockchain + agricultural industrial chain",which induces the institutional change of the current agricultural industrial chain.
