高等学校是培育人才的场所。良好的校园文化作为一种潜在的隐性课程,对学生的思想品德教育和良好的行为习惯的养成教育有着巨大的作用。从分析校园文化建设的内涵出发,阐述了校园文化建设的特征和校园文化建设的德育功能。
