摘  要:
概要介绍了洪水预报系统和地理信息系统的概念;提出了将GIS应用到流域洪水预报系统,实现地理信息系统与洪水预报系统的结合。重点以中小流域洪水预报系统为研究对象,研究和设计了此类系统的开发环境、体系结构和功能组成,并探讨了系统开发过程中的主要技术。

摘  要:
This paper introduced the conception of the flood forecasting system and Geographic Information System. Suggest using GIS in basin flood forecasting system to realize the combination of flood forecasting system and GIS system. This paper based on study of flood forecasting system for middle and little basin, studied and designed the developing environment of system and the composing of system function model, and discuss the main technology in system development.
