摘  要：
Tumed Left Banner is located in central Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, in the Tumochuan plain in the southern foot of Daqingshan Mountain. According to distributions and causes of saline-alkali soils, the improvement and comprehensive treatment measures were proposed, aiming to improve the quality of cultivated land, building high-standard basic farmland and increasing rural income.
