立枯丝核菌对水稻侵染过程的研究

摘  要:
用立枯丝核菌(Rhizoctonia solani kuhn)的二个菌丝融合群AG—1IA及AG—4,对三个水稻品种的接种试验表明,二融合群菌株对水稻的侵染过程有一些相似,但是它们在侵染结构的产生和侵入的方式上不完全相同。AG—1IA从侵染垫及裂片状附着胞上形成侵染钉侵染水稻,AG—4除了在下位叶鞘上有较少的侵染垫和附着胞之外,在其它部份的材料上以菌丝直接穿透水稻表皮或从气孔侵入。根据试验认为,侵染结构的形成,不仅与菌株致病力的水平有关系,也与水稻的不同部位对纹枯病抗病能力的差异有关联。

摘  要:
In these studies, 2 anastomosis groups of Rhizoctonia solani, AG—1IA, AG—4 and 3 varieties of rice were used. The infection process shows to be similar between these two isolates. But there are some differences in the infection structures and penetrate mode. Invasion of the AG—1IA, into rice tissues by penetration pegs which produced from infection cushion or lobate appressoria. But AG—4 appeared to be mainly by a single hyphae penetrate into epidermal cells or through stomata, except the fungus on the lower position leaf sheaths of rice. The results suggest that the formation of infection structures are not only affected by the pathoginisity level of the isolates but by the resistance ability of different parts of rice plants.
