广东农垦是全国第三大天然橡胶生产基地,经过几十年的发展,广东农垦实施天然橡胶、剑麻等紧缺型热带、亚热带作物的种植、加工基地为重点的"走出去"战略,取得了突出成绩。但也存在投资品种少、投资地域窄,技术人才紧缺、投资资金较紧等问题,因此从政府决策层面和企业经营层面提出了相关建议。

摘  要：
Guangdong Nongken is the third largest natural rubber production base in the country,after decades of development,Guangdong Nongken implements "going out" strategy which plants short-supply tropical and subtropical crops such as natural rubber and sisal and builds processing base,making outstanding achievements.But there are also problems such as few investments,narrow investment region,shortage of technical personnel,tight investment money and so on,so suggestions from the government's decision-making level and enterprise level are put forward.
