摘  要:
为了能够提高农产品配送中心客户管理的运营效率和客户满意度,降低运作成本,通过总结经验和逻辑推演,提出了构建农产品配送中心客户管理系统的方案。在对系统使用前后的成本与效益进行对比分析的基础上,认为农产品配送中心有必要引进客户管理系统。

摘  要:
In order to improve the customer satisfaction and operational efficiency of customers management of agricultural products distribution center, and to reduce operating costs, this paper presented a program to build a customer management system of agricultural product distribution center by summing up experience and logical deduction. Based on comparative analysis of the costs and benefits of the system before and after use, this paper argued that agricultural products distribution center is necessary to introduce a customer management system.
