复合饲料添加剂对种公鸡繁殖性能的影响

摘  要：
为研究复合饲料添加剂对种公鸡繁殖性能的影响,选择健康、体重相近的37周龄黄羽肉鸡种公鸡50只,白羽肉鸡母鸡250只,随机分为2组,每组设置5个重复。试验组饲喂基础日粮并添加1.4%饲料添加剂,对照组饲喂基础日粮,饲养期为60 d。通过测定种公鸡的精液品质、种蛋孵化性能、曲细精管管径和生殖上皮高,探讨饲料添加剂对种公鸡繁殖性能的影响。结果表明:试验组种公鸡采精量极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),精子密度、种蛋受精率、曲细精管管径、生殖上皮高显著高于对照组。研究结果提示,该饲料添加剂可提高种公鸡精液品质,改善睾丸组织形态结构。

摘  要：
The present study was conducted to study the effects of compound feed additives on performance of breeder cocks. Fifty healthy yellow breeder cocks( 37 weeks) and 250 white broiler hens with similar weight were selected and randomly divided into two groups,5 repeats in each group. Then the treatment group and control group were fed with basal diet supplemented with 1. 4%feed additive and basal diet,respectively. The feeding experiment lasted 60 days. The effects of feed additives on the reproductive performance of breeder cocks were studied by measuring semen quality,hatching performance,diameter of seminiferous tubules and height of reproductive epithelium.The results showed that semen volume in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group,( P<0. 01). Semen concentration,egg fertilization rate and hatching rate in treatment group were significantly higher than those in control group. These results indicate that feeding additives could increase semen volume,semen concentration of rooster and egg fertilization rate.
