16个桑树种质资源的ISSR分析

本研究利用ISSR分子标记分析了16个桑种质资源的遗传多样性。10条引物共扩增出80个条带,其中76条为多态性条带,多态性比率为95.0%,平均每条引物扩增出8个条带。供试材料的遗传相似系数在0.525 0~0.875 0之间,遗传距离在0.133 5~0.644 4之间。聚类分析结果显示,除江油3号与川桑聚在一个分支外,其余的15份江油桑资源与白桑聚在一个分支,说明这16份桑资源的遗传多样性不高。

摘  要:
The genetic diversities of 16 mulberries were analyzed by ISSR molecular marker. The result showed that 80 clear bands were amplified by 10 universal primers, including 76 polymorphic bands which accounted for 95%, with average 8 amplification polymorphic bands of each primer. The genetic similarity coefficients between 23 resources ranged from 0.5250 to 0.8750, genetic distance ranged from 0.1335 to 0.6444. The UPGMA cluster analysis results showed that Jiangyou 3 and Morusnotabilis gathered in one branch, the other 15 mulberry resources gathered in one branch with Morus alba, indicating that the genetic diversity of the 16 mulberry resources was not high.
