盐胁迫下CO_2加富对黄瓜幼苗生理特性的影响

摘  要:
以"净春4号"黄瓜为试材,研究了盐胁迫下CO2加富对黄瓜幼苗生理特性的影响。结果表明:在无CO2加富的情况下丙二醛(MDA)的含量提高了35.9%,而在有CO2加富的情况下MDA的含量几乎没有发生变化。盐处理使POD活性明显下降,CO2加富时盐胁迫下黄瓜叶片的POD基本不变,盐胁迫下,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性呈现上升趋势,CO2加富情况下黄瓜的SOD、APX酶活性高于无CO2加富的。说明CO2加富使黄瓜保持相对较高的抗氧化酶活性,清除活性氧能力较强。而对于CAT来说,CO2加富并没有提高盐胁迫下酶的活性。

摘  要:
Taking cucumber"Jingchun 4"as test material,the effects of CO2 enrichment on the physiological and biochemical mechanisms in cucumber under salt stress was studied.The results showed that under salt stress in the absence of CO2 enrichment the content of MDA increased by 35.9%,while in CO2 enrichment the content of MDA has almost no change.POD activity was decreased by salt stress,but has no change in the condition of CO2 enrichment.Salt stress elavated SOD and APX activity,more significantiy under CO2 enrichment CO2enrichment did not improve CAT activity with or without salt stress,while salt stress increased CAT activity.The result indicated that cucumber maintain relatively high antioxidant activity,thus the ability of removing of reactive oxygen is much stronger.
