小鹅贝氏隐孢子虫人工感染试验

摘  要:
笔者用鸭源和鹅源隐孢子虫对13只2日龄小鹅进行了人工感染试验。用鸭源隐孢子虫感染10只小鹅,每只感染1.2×10~7个孢子化卵囊,潜隐期为3天;用鹅源隐孢子虫感染3只小鹅,每只感染8×10~6个孢子化卵囊,潜隐期为4天。两组的排卵囊的高峰期均在接种后第7-17天,排卵囊时间长达21天。人工感染后小鹅的严重发病出现在第8-17天。主要临床症状为呼吸困难、气喘、咳嗽、张口呼吸、打喷涕、精神不振、饮、食欲锐减。人工感染后笫7、10和17天各死亡一只,死亡率为23%。病理剖检可见喉头、气管水肿,渗出物增多,肺充血、发炎,气囊混浊呈云雾状外观。病理组织学观察可见喉头、气管、法氏囊、泄殖腔粘膜上皮细胞肿胀,微绒毛脫落;粘膜涂片染色和电镜观察可在上述部位的上皮细胞表层发现大量虫体。根据动物感染试验及卵囊的形态特征,确认小鹅隐孢子虫为贝氏隐孢子虫Cryptosporidium baileyi。这是世界上首次报道的小鹅隐孢子虫病的病例。

摘  要:
Thirteen goslings were orally inoculated with Cryptosporidium baileyi from Beijing duck and domestic geese. The prepatent period was 3 days for ten goslings inoculated with 1.2×10~7 Cryptosporidium baileyi (duck original) and 4 days for three goslings inoculated with 8×10~4 Cryptosporidium baileyi (geese original). In all the goslings, the climax of oocyst elimination was 7-17 days post inoculation (PID) and the patent period was 4-21 PID. Severe respiratory disease was found 8-17 PID. The signs of cryptosporidiosis were dyspnea, asthma, cough, stretching neck, opening mouth for breathing, lassitude, sharp decrease of diet and water intake etc. Three deaths were found on 7, 10 and 17 PID respectively. The mortality was 23%. Postmorterm examination of heavy affected or case dead goslings revealed larynx and trachea with hydrope and much frothy exudate, lungs with hyperemia and inflammation, and the cloudy airsac. Histological lesions of respiratory tract, cloaca and bursa of Fabricius were epithelial cell swel-ling (?) mierovillas exfoliation. There were a great deal of cryptosporidia on rite surface of epithelial cell from electron microscopic observasion, and light-microscopic observasion when the touch imprints were dyed with Dimethylsulphoxide-Ziehl-Neelesn stain technique. The (?)e was corsiderde as Cryptosporidium boileyi with the morphology and cross-trans-(?) ptosporidiosis of geese in the world.
