介绍了国外大城市及新区绿化建设的实例和经验,归纳了国外城市园林绿化建设的理念和规划布局,并根据世界城市与国外新城园林绿化建设的基本做法、相关经验,对北京大兴园林绿化建设提出坚持规划建绿、以培育本底生态为基础、大力提高绿量、突出景观文化特色,建立长效管理机制等对策建议。

摘 要：
The paper introduced the examples and experience of foreign big city and new district greening construction, summed up the foreign city landscaping construction idea and planning, and according to the world city and foreign new town landscaping construction the basic practice, experience, the Beijing Daxing landscape construction to put forward the following suggestions: to planning to build green, in order to breed the ecological basis, to increase green amount, highlight landscape culture, the establishment of long-term management mechanism.
