水果罐头添加剂使用中的问题及对策

摘  要:
分析当前我国水果罐头生产中存在违规添加防腐剂,使用合成色素、甜味剂,残留二氧化硫等食品添加剂的使用问题。提出水果罐头生产在原料选择、卫生管理、工艺改进、法规的宣传教育与落实执行等方面的对策,以规范水果罐头的添加剂使用。

摘  要:
Problems in the producing of canned fruits using antiseptics, synthetic pigment, sweeteners and sulfur dioxide residue illegally were analyzed in the producing of canned fruits. Some countermeasures refering to the selection of raw materials, the sanitation management, the processing improvement, the publicity and implementation of laws and regulations and so on in the producing of canned fruits were put forward to standardize the use of additives.
