摘  要：
农业科技成果转化与推广是促进农业生产力发展的重要因素,是推动农业科技进步和发展现代农业的动力。分析影响农业科技成果转化与推广的部分因素,并就提高科技成果转化率和加快科技成果推广提出建议,为改进科研立项和促进科技成果转化与推广提供参考。

摘  要：
Agricultural scientific and technological achievements transformation and extension is an important factor to promote agriculture productivity, as well it is a great power to improve agricultural science and technologies and to develop modern agriculture. The paper analyzes the factors which have impacts on agricultural scientific and technological achievements transformation and extension, and proposes own ideas on improving the transformation rates and accelerating the popularization of scientific and technological achievements. The results will provide references for projecting scientific and research works and promoting transformation of scientific and technological achievements.
