可移动式沼气罐的设计与研究

摘 要:
沼气作为一种可再生的清洁能源一直受到人们的重视,但沼气池存在发酵受温度影响较为严重、发酵不充分及废料不易清理等问题。为此,设计了一种可移动的罐体进行发酵,运用Solid Works软件对该机构进行建模并通过样机试制和试验验证该机构的可行性。试验表明:该沼气罐在温度提升及发酵的充分性方面均取得不错的效果,沼气的产量有明显的提升。

摘 要:
Biogas has already attracted the attention for many years as a renewable clean energy. Most rural areas gather biogas fermented in biogas digester. Biogas fermentation is totally influenced by temperature so that there is no biogas produced in chinese cold areas in winter. In order to make the biogas ferment at any time any where and clean the waste conveniently,a moveable tank was designed. It is heated,warmed and equiped by stirrer to enhance the fermentation.Solidworks is used to build the mechanism model and the prefabrication of this tank proves its feasibility. Accroding to tests,the biogas tank has ideal results on temperature increase and better fermentation,biogas production has a great improve.
