基于线性规划的瑞金市城乡建设用地结构优化研究

摘  要:
以区域经济效益最大化构建目标函数,社会效益、生态效益为约束条件,应用线性规划方法,研究规划期2020年瑞金市城镇用地、农村居民点用地、独立工矿用地、特殊用地、交通用地和水利用地6类城乡建设用地结构优化模式。结果表明,规划期2020年瑞金市城镇用地、农村居民点用地、独立工矿用地、特殊用地、交通用地和水利用地的用地面积所占建设用地比例应由基期年2005年的5.58%、68.00%、7.20%、0.78%、5.79%、12.65%优化为13.60%、46.54%、23.01%、0.69%、5.07%、11.09%。

摘  要:
Taking the regional economic benefit maximization as the goal,and social and ecological benefits as constraints,the linear programming method was adopted to direct Ruijin's structure optimization strategy of urban and rural construction land in 2020,including urban land,rural residential land,independent industrial and mining land,special land,traffic land and hydraulic land.The results showed that the area ratio of each land use type was optimized in 2020 as the planning period based on the base period year of 2005,whose area ratio was from 5.58%,68.00%,7.20%,0.78%,5.79%,12.65% in 2005 to 13.60%,46.54%,23.01%,0.69%,5.07%,11.09% respectively.
