新疆地区西门塔尔母牛生长曲线拟合分析

摘  要：
本研究对新疆地区西门塔尔牛的早期生长发育规律进行科学分析,同时拟合生长曲线。初期测量新疆呼图壁种牛场中1 619头1~18月龄西门塔尔母牛的体高、体斜长、胸围、管围和体重并记录,使用Logistic、Gompertz、Brody和Bertalanffy 4种非线性模型对西门塔尔母牛体尺、体重生长曲线进行拟合分析。结果表明:4种模型对体尺、体重生长曲线的拟合效果有积极作用(R2>0.982 1),Logistic模型在新疆地区西门塔尔牛的体高、胸围和管围拟合方面有较大的优势,拟合度分别为0.998 0、0.998 1、0.984 7;Brody模型最适合对西门塔尔牛体斜长和体重进行拟合,拟合度分别为0.994 7、0.996 1,但Brody模型未显示出生长拐点;Bertallaffy模型能够计算出新疆地区西门塔尔牛母牛的拐点月龄和拐点体重分别为12.25月龄和350.67 kg。本研究对新疆地区西门塔尔牛的选育和改良工作提供了相应的理论依据和生产实践参考。

摘  要：
This study scientifically analyzed the early growth and development of Simmental Cow in Xinjiang Area and fitted the growth curve. The body height, body length, chest girth, cannon circumference, and mature cow weight of 1 619 Simmental cows aged from 1 to 18 months in Hutubi cattle farm of Xinjiang were measured and recorded. The body size and mature cow weight growth curves of Simmental cows were fitted and analyzed by using four nonlinear models: Logistic, Gompertz, Brody, and Bertalanffy, respectively. The results showed that the four models had positive effects on fitting the growth curves of body size and body weight(R~2>0.982 1), and the Logistic model had great advantages in fitting the body height, chest girth, and cannon circumference of Xinjiang area Simmental cattle, and the fitting degrees were 0.998 0, 0.998 1, and 0.984 7, respectively. Brody model was the best fit of body length and mature cow weight for Simmental cattle, and the fitness degrees were 0.994 7 and 0.996 1, respectively. However, the inflection point of birth length was not shown in the Brody model. Bertallaffy model can be used to calculate the turning point age and the turning point weight of Xinjiang Simmental cows, which are 12.25 months old and 350.67 kg, respectively. This study provides a corresponding theoretical basis and production practice reference for the breeding and improvement of Simmental Cow in Xinjiang Area.
