药用百合组织培养与试管苗假植技术研究

摘  要:
百合鳞茎不同部位的鳞片均能诱导产生出小鳞茎,其能力从强到弱依次是外层、中层、内层。外层鳞片在BA浓度为0.1~1.5mg/L之间均可分化出小鳞茎,以1.0mg/L诱导效果最好。当BA浓度在1.0mg/L以下时,诱导率和平均每个外植体上分化的小鳞茎数目随着BA浓度的升高而递增;当BA浓度升高到1.5mg/L时,诱导率和平均每个外植体上分化的小鳞茎数目反而比BA1.0mg/L低。最适宜的增殖培养基为MS+BA1.0mg/L+NAA0.05mg/L,增殖快、苗质好。假植以自制营养土作为基质优于珍珠岩+蛭石或河沙,具有通气、保水、营养等优点,假植成活率高,苗势健壮。

摘  要:
The bulblet of lilies can be induced from the different parts of the bulb scales. the highest differentiation frequency was the outer scales, from which the bulbet can be induced under the BA concentration of 0.1~1.5 mg/L. The optimization of BA concentration was 1.0 mg/L. Below this concentration, the induction rate and the average quantity of shoot differentiated from the explant increased with the adding of BA concentration and decreased while BA concentration up to 1.5 mg/L. The optimal proliferation medium was MS+BA 1.0 mg/L +NAA0.05 mg/L. The height and survival rate of the seedling cultured in the manufacture nutrition soil was better than in the mixture of perlite and vermiculite or the substrate of the river sand.
