日粮中添加中草药渣对羊肉品质的影响

摘  要:
文章旨在研究中草药渣对陶寒杂一代羊肉营养品质的影响。试验分为2组,每组10只。日粮中添加中药材渣的一组为混合药渣组,不添加中草药渣的一组为对照组。结果表明:混合药渣处理组羊肉的蒸煮熟肉率、饱和脂肪酸、多不饱和脂肪酸的含量高于对照组,酯类物质、酮类物质、酸类化合物中的挥发性脂肪酸低于对照组,添加中草药渣不影响羊肉中氨基酸含量。说明日粮中添加中草药渣可以提高羊肉品质。

摘  要:
This paper aims to study the effects of Chinese herbal medicine residue on nutritional quality of F1 generation of tao han hybrid lamb.Lambs were divided into two groups,each group consists of 10 samples.The dietary diets supplemented with Chinese herbal medicine was treatment group and the other one is the control group.Results showed that lambs in treatment group had a higher cooked meat rate,saturated fatty acid content and polyunsaturated fatty acid content and a lower esters,ketones volatile fatty acids content than the lambs in the control group.Chinese herbal medicine residue does not affect the contents of amino acid in lambs.In conclusion,dietary supplementing with Chinese herbal residue improves the quality of mutton.
