沼液、沼渣在泥鳅养殖中的应用研究

摘要：

以为泥鳅的人工饲养提供理论依据为目的,采用室内静态暴露养殖试验,测定2g/L和3g/L两种养殖密度下,不同沼液和沼渣浓度下的泥鳅体重增长率。结果表明,在试验所涉及的沼液和沼渣浓度中泥鳅的增长率均高于对照组;养殖密度为2g/L,使用3%沼液和3%沼渣时,泥鳅增长率开始出现正值;养殖密度为3g/L,使用5%沼液时,泥鳅增长率开始出现正值,使用沼渣则一直未出现正值。低养殖密度下,使用沼液和沼渣对泥鳅的生长有较好的效果。

摘要：

The research aimed to provide theoretical basis for the artificial breeding of Misgurnus anguillicaudatus.Growth rates of M.anguillicaudatus under 2 and 3 g/L breeding density of different concentrations of biogas slurry and biogas residue were determined by the indoor feeding experiment.Results showed that the growth rates of M.anguillicaudatus were all higher than that of controlled group under the given concentrations of biogas slurry and biogas residue in the test.When the breeding density was 2 g/L,and the concentrations of biogas slurry and biogas residue were 3% and 3% respectively,the growth rate of M.anguillicaudatus began to be positive.When the breeding density was 3 g/L,and the concentration of biogas slurry was 5%,the growth rate of M.anguillicaudatus began to be positive,however,there was no positive value to appear by using biogas residue.Under low breeding density,using biogas slurry and biogas residue has good effect on the growth of M.anguillicaudatus.
