不同激素对西伯利亚百合组织培养的研究

摘  要：
本文以西伯利亚百合不同外植体为试材,接种在培养基上(以NAA、6-BA两因素设计的9组不同培养基),进行愈伤诱导、出芽及生根。探讨不同因素对西伯利亚百合组织培养的影响,成功获得再生植株。结果表明,不同的激素浓度配比对西伯利亚百合组织培养会产生较大影响;愈伤的最佳诱导培养基为:(MS+0.05mg/L6-BA+0.2 mg/LNAA+0.8%琼脂+3%蔗糖);出芽最佳培养基为:(MS+0.05 mg/L6-BA+0.2 mg/LNAA+0.8%琼脂+3%蔗糖);其生根诱导最佳培养基为:(MS+0.2 mg/L6-BA+0.1mg/LNAA+0.8%琼脂+3%蔗糖)。

摘  要：
Study was conducted with explants of Siberia which were planted on different media to induce calla and buds,and then take roots.These media were made up with different ratio of two hormones,which were added to MS medium.Then we studied the effect of different hormones concentration on explants and then get many regenerating plants.The results showed that there were significant differences among different hormones concentration.MS+0.05mg/l 6BA+0.2mg/l NAA + 0.8%agar+3%sucrose was the best medium to induce calla.MS+0.05 mg/L6-BA+0.2 mg/L NAA+0.8% agar+3%sucrose was the best sprout medium.MS+0.2 mg/L6-BA+0.1mg/L +0.8% agar +3% sucrose was the best medium,which takes roots.
