摘  要:
针对现有的农用柴油机后处理选择性催化还原(Selective Catalytic Reduction,SCR)控制系统,提出一种改进的农用柴油机氮氧化物(NO_x)排放的预测算法,即四阶龙格库塔迭代算法。此算法作为NO_x排放预测模型建立的基础,通过自适应改变步长以应对不同空速,迭代计算相应的排放浓度值,在单片机的时间片内,实现对整个SCR后处理催化器的计算预测。

摘  要:
To improve the SCR control system of agricultural diesel engine,a prediction algorithm of nitrogen oxide(NO_x) emission from agricultural diesel engine is presented in this paper,which is called fourth-order Ronge-Kutta algorithm.As the foundation of NO_x emission prediction model,this algorithm changes the step size to calculate the concentration of the exhaust gas under different air speeds,by which the calculation and prediction of the whole SCR after-treatment catalytic converter are realized within the time segment of single chip computer.
