多滚筒脱粒分离装置脱粒参数试验与分析

摘  要:
针对联合收割机上脱粒分离装置的最佳工作参数易受谷物生长特性影响且难以控制的问题,基于切横横脱粒分离装置在喂入量为6kg/s时的水稻台架试验,对影响脱粒分离性能的参数进行回归分析和回归效果显著性检验。结果表明:为实现最佳脱粒效果,第II和第III脱粒滚筒具有95%置信度的滚筒转速区间分别为669~8 4 9 r/min和7 7 2~9 6 1 r/min,具有9 5%置信度的脱粒间隙区间分别为2 1~3 3 mm和1 3~3 5 mm;此时,籽粒损失率为0.48%,脱粒分离功耗为40.62k W。

摘  要:
Optimum operating parameters of transverse multi- cylinder device were vulnerable for the cereal growth characteristics and were also difficult to control at the optimum value. The test of rice threshing and separating was operated on the transverse multi-cylinder device. Power and grain threshing loss of the transverse multi-cylinder device were operated as normalization. Regression analysis and regression test of significant effect of threshing and separating perfor mance parameters to predict optimal parameters and their confidence intervals. The results show that the confidence Intervals of cylinder speed and concave clearance with 0. 95 confidence were 669 ~ 849 r / min,772 ~ 961 r / min,21 ~ 33 mm,13 ~ 35 mm,respectively. At optimum operating parameters conditions,the grain loss were 0. 48 % and threshing and separating power was 40. 62 k W,respectively.
