摘  要：
拔尖创新人才培养是新时代产业发展的动力源。高职院校应该以培养"大国工匠"为目标,从工匠思维、工匠品格、工匠技艺、创新素质等方面,以"创新创业"为培养方式,通过"双标准"考核,将具有"大国工匠"潜质的学生培养成为新时代"大国工匠"型拔尖创新人才,以满足国家和社会发展的需要。

摘  要：
The cultivation of top-notch innovative talents is the power source of industrial development in the new era. Higher vocational colleges should take the cultivation of "big country craftsmen" as the goal, from the aspects of craftsman thinking, craftsman character, craftsman skill, innovative quality and so on, and take "innovation and entrepreneurship" as the way of training, and pass the "double standard" examination. In order to meet the needs of the development of the country and society, the students with the potential of "big country craftsmen" will be trained to become the top innovative talents of "big country craftsmen" in the new era.
