摘  要:
本文从乳蛋白转基因表达、乳清蛋白含量的增加、乳中酪蛋白含量的增加、转基因乳蛋白的生产 ,乳蛋白基因的整合 ,以及如何抑制乳中溶酶的活性、如何降低乳中乳糖含量无 β-乳球蛋白乳的生产等方面综述了近年来欧美在转基因工程乳领域内的研究概况。

摘  要:
The genomic integration of an additional wiltype or engineered milk proteinencoding gene,the expression of milk proteinencoding transgenes,increasing the whey protein content,increasing the individual casein content of milk,the production of modified milk proteins with novel properties,the genomic integration of a product altering milk composition,the preventing plamin activity in milk through secretion of a specific inhibitor,lowering the lactose content through secretion of an active lactase of ribozyme mediated decrease of α lactalbumin mRNA expression,the producing a milk devoid β lactoglobulin,gene exchange at the locus of a milk protein encoding gene were reviewed.
