茵陈浸提物抑制尿素酶活性提取工艺优化

摘  要:
目的:优化抑制尿素酶活性茵陈浸提物的浸提工艺,为茵陈制剂应用于防治幽门螺杆菌感染提供参考。方法:采用靛酚蓝法测定茵陈浸提液对尿素酶活性的抑制率。在考察料液比、提取温度和提取时间3个单因素的基础上,设计正交试验获得茵陈浸提物对尿素酶活性最大抑制作用的浸提工艺。结果:茵陈在80℃、浸提100 min、料液比1∶24条件下的浸提液对尿素酶的抑制率最大。最大抑制率达85.67%。结论:茵陈浸提物具有较强抑制尿素酶活性作用且活性受浸提工艺的影响。

摘  要:
Objective: To investigate the best process of extracts with inhibiting urease activity from Artemisia capillaris Thunb, and provide a theoretical basis for Artemisia capillaris Thunb which could be applied to prevent and treat Helicobacter pylori infection. Methods: To explore the inhibition rate of urease activity by extract from Artemisiae capillaris Thunb using method of phenol-hypochlorite reaction. On the basis of three single factors: material-liquid ratio, extraction temperature and extraction time, an orthogonal experiment was designed to obtain the extraction processes for active ingredients from Artemisiae capillaris Thunb with the maximum inhibitory effect of urease activity. Results: The best effect of inhibiting urease activity of the extracts from Artemisiae capillaris Thunb was that the inhabition rate reached 85.67% under the water extraction condition with the temperature at 80 ℃, the time of 100 min, the ratio of material to liquid at 1∶24.Conclusion: The extracts from Artemisiae capillaris Thunb possess stronger abilities of inhabiting urease activity and their activities are affected by extraction process.
