有益真绥螨对截型叶螨控制能力的研究

摘  要:
[目的]明确有益真绥螨对截形叶螨的捕食潜能。[方法]在室温条件下,采用室内实验生态学法,分别通过改变生境面积、提供不同螨态的截形叶螨,研究1头有益真绥螨的捕食量、选择嗜好性捕食作用及改变有益真绥螨自身密度对其捕食量的影响。[结果]1头有益真绥螨的捕食量随着生境面积的增大呈先增大后减小的趋势,当生境面积为10cm~2时,1头有益真绥螨的捕食量最大,理论捕食量为7.2头。有益真绥螨对截型叶螨的雌成螨、若螨和卵的选择系数分别为0.704、1.24、1.06,偏好若螨。当生境面积和害螨数量一定时,有益真绥螨随着单位面积内种群密度的增加,种内之间干扰增强,导致个体平均捕食量和寻找效应随着种群密度的升高呈下降趋势,寻找效应与其自身密度的关系为E=1.47P~(-0.247)。[结论]本试验研究结果表明有益真绥螨对截形叶螨具有一定的控螨能力,具有生物防治开发的潜能。

摘  要:
[Objective]To study the predation ability of Euseius utilis.[Methods]for using the predator to control spider mites,at room temperature,by changing inhabit area,different developmental stage of Tetranychus truncatus,densities of predator and interference within species on function responses analyzed the predator of Euseius utilis.[Results]The results showed that the dalily maximum number of Tetrauychus truncatus preyed theoretically by the Euseius utilis was 7.2when the habitat area was 10cm~2.The habitat area was too smaller or too widely all restrain the ability of the predator.The female Euseius utilis like eggs,nymphs over adults of T.truncatus,but preferred nymphs.The selection coefficients of Adult female、nymph、egg were 0.70,1.23,1.06.Intraspecific interference could strongly affect predation of Euseius utilis.The predation rate decreased accordingly with the rising of predator density and gradual decline of average amount of prey.The relationship of predation rate and predator density could be written as the equation E=1.47P~(-0.247).[Conclusion]The Euseius utilis could control T.truncatus,and it could be as a biocontrol agent against T.truncatus.
