楚雄市农家乐旅游发展的时空量化特征研究

摘  要：
以走访及田野调查的数据为基础研究了楚雄市近10年来农家乐旅游的时空量化特征。结果表明,该市农家乐时序总量呈现衰减趋势,年际变动趋于和缓,而空间数量高度集中,增长不连续,发展不一致。地方政策与大环境、镇域经济、交通及旅游资源差异是导致前述特征出现的原因。构建长效性地方政策调控机制,打造多业态乡村旅游发展模式,加强针对性帮扶引导等建议可以促进该市乡村旅游持续健康发展。

摘  要：
Based on the datum from visiting, interviewing and field investigations, the thesis has studied the time-space quantification features of rural tourism development in Chuxiong city over the past decade. The result show that the rural tourism numbers are declining in time sequence, and the yearly changes turn to be moderate; while the amounts in space are highly centralized with discontinuous increase and unbalanced development. The causes are attributed to the local policies and economic atmosphere, township economic status, transportation and differences in tourism resources. Many suggestions can be used to promote the sustainable development of rural tourism by building long-term local policies of regulation mechanism,forging operational types of rural tourism with various development patterns and strengthening assistance and guidance with high pertinence.
