散养锦江牛精液异地冷冻制作技术研究

摘  要：
[目的]通过对散养锦江牛进行精液采集与异地冷冻制作,探讨精液品质影响因素及地方牛品种遗传资源保护新途径。[方法]挑选16头2~3岁散养锦江公牛进行精液采集与冷冻保存。[结果]表明:16头公牛中,除2头没有采集到精液外,其他14头都可采精。采精时天气和生长发育情况对精液品质无影响,品种和饲养方式影响精液品质。生产冻精质量均达到国家牛冷冻精液生产标准要求。[结论]锦江牛中短距离的精液异地制作技术可行。

摘  要：
【Objective】Exploring the factors on sperm quality and new ways to protect the genetic resources of native cattle breeds by collecting and remote freezing semen of scatter-feed Jinjiang cattle.【Method】Semen collection and cryopreservation were performed for 16 selected scatter-feed Jinjiang bulls aged 2to 3years.【Result】The semen of 14 bull could be successfully collected,the other 2were not.Moreover,there was no correlation between the semen quality and weather as well as bovine growth and development.However,breed and feeding could affect sperm quality.The quality of these frozen semen all reached the national standard.【Conclusion】The technology for middle and short distance sperm production of Jinjiang cattle is feasible.
