农业科研院所对企业技术创新源头支持的模式与机制探索

摘  要：
确立企业成为技术创新主体,是构建创新型国家体系的必然要求。立足农业企业成为技术创新主体的基本条件,以及农业科研院所在技术创新中所拥有的基本优势,文章分析了当前农业企业成为技术创新主体的主要限制因素,提出企业开展技术创新必须依靠农业科研院所的源头支持。基于中国农业科学院与中粮集团开展合作实践,提出院企合作是农业科研院所强化对农业企业技术创新的源头支持的重要模式,通过机制创新,进一步提高农业企业的技术创新效率和成果转化水平。

摘  要：
It′ s the necessary requirement of establishing national innovation system to take enterprises as the main part of technical innovation. Based on the agricultural enterprises as the basic condition of technical innovation and the basic advantages of agricultural institutions, main limited factors of agricultural enterprises to become the main part of technical innovation were analyzed in the paper. It was proposed that enterprises′ innovation need the support of agricultural institutions. Through the case study of the cooperation of CAAS and COFCO, it concluded that the cooperation of institutions and enterprises is an important model of agricultural institutions intensifying the fundamental support for agricultural enterprises′ technical innovation. Mechanism should be innovated to improve the technical innovation and transformation efficiency of agricultural enterprises.
